Return Policy

Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-returnable items:

We do not offer return, exchange, or refund on any of the following:

  • Gift cards
  • Special orders
  • Final sale items
  • Opened pet food and treats
  • Used Litter boxes
  • Used Cat trees
  • Used Pet beds
  • Used collars/bowties/harnesses
  • Used Grooming tools (ie. brush etc)
  • Used Pet food/water bowls, water fountain
  • Used Carriers

Refund Process:

  1. Refunds or exchanges require original receipt within 30 days of purchase. 
  2. Items must be unused, in new/re-sellable condition, and must be in their original packaging.
  3. Please contact us first through the e-mail before shipping an item back to us for return.  Customers are to arrange and pay for the shipping of products to our warehouse for returns. If an exchange is requested, customers are to pay for all additional shipping charges.
  4. Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.  For orders that were shipped with a “free local delivery” rate, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  5. Please, include any relevant details and attach any supporting images or documents. We will respond within 24-48 hours with details on how to proceed.
  6. Once the product(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, the approval or rejection of your refund.
  7. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If a gift card was used as partial tender, that amount will be credited to a gift card before other tenders are applied


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and we will be happy to look into further until rectified.


Damaged/Defective Products

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

If you receive an item that is damaged and/or defective, please send us an email at within 15 days of purchase. 

We will be happy to exchange the product for you.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
